Chad O'Donnell, Director

Chad has been around college basketball since 1993.  He spent over 20 years as an assistant college basketball coach at schools throughout the country including Bryant University, Holy Cross College, the College of Charleston, Robert Morris University, and the University at Albany. During his coaching career, and in the years since, Chad has counseled and advised countless coaches on their coaching journey.

Jeremy Friel, Advisor

Jeremy comes from a storied basketball family. His father Gerry was a long time head coach at the University of New Hampshire and Jeremy and his four siblings all played Division I college basketball. Jeremy also spent ten years as assistant coach at the University at Albany.

We have over 30 years of coaching experience at all levels of college basketball. Collectively, we've made six NCAA Tournament appearances, seven post-season appearances  and won seven league championships.
